&WINE
A moment to unwind in the city.
Located on the 6th floor in Megurohoncho, &WINE pairs a wide selection of natural wines by the glass with creative global dishes, from handmade pici pasta to game patties and spiced minced lamb.
01 / ABOUT THE PLACE
Taking the elevator to the 6th floor brings you into &WINE, a wine bar showcasing international natural wines and Japanese bottles alongside boundary-free cooking. With a generous lineup opened by the glass—covering sparkling, white, orange, and red—guests can choose drinks according to mood and preference. The food menu ranges from appetizers to bistro-style meat mains, pasta, and rice dishes, with several items available in half portions suited for solo diners.
A natural place to begin is the assorted appetizer plate or smaller plates like pork pâté de campagne. Warm dishes and mains feature hearty game and meats, such as mini crépinettes blending Ezo venison and brown bear or a spiced hanger steak, offering ample room for pairing. The kitchen also ventures beyond conventional wine-bar fare with plates like spiced lamb mapo tofu, handmade pici pasta, and textured yakisoba noodles.
Those wanting a sweet finish can order desserts like Basque cheesecake served with salt or pineapple-basil ice cream. With craft beers, house-made syrup sodas, and digestifs on hand, the bar accommodates everything from a full dinner to a casual 2nd-stop nightcap.
